Our Product Return Policy:

We want happy customers, so we're not happy unless you are.

Damaged Product: If your tent or camping product arrives to you damaged, be sure to save all the packaging and notify us immediately by e-mail or telephone (800-709-9905) so we can take care of it. We will have the tent or camping product picked up at our expense and a replacement will be sent immediately.

Unsatisfied Customer: If for some reason, you are not happy with the product you ordered, you may return it within 30 days of receipt of the product. Please notify us immediately by e-mail or telephone (800-709-9905) and we will offer a complete refund after we receive the item in it's original packaging just as you received it. In some cases you may be asked to pay the shipping charges.
